Terms of Service
Last updated: June 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Beonbrand Inc. website and services. By using our website, submitting a form, booking a call, purchasing a service, or working with Beonbrand Inc. ("Beonbrand," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms.
About Beonbrand
Beonbrand Inc. is a Toronto-based Media, Systems & AI Studio. We provide services that may include strategy, media production, brand messaging, content systems, AI integration, workflow design, automation, consulting, creative direction, digital systems, and related business support.
Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, access systems without authorization, copy protected materials, submit malicious content, or misuse forms, booking tools, payment systems, or communication channels.
Services
Service details, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope will be described on the website, in a proposal, invoice, agreement, statement of work, or written communication.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, any website description is general and does not guarantee a specific result.
Beonbrand may provide strategic recommendations, creative work, media assets, AI-assisted workflows, systems guidance, or implementation support. Final outcomes depend on client input, available materials, third-party platforms, project scope, market conditions, and execution after delivery.
No Guaranteed Results
Beonbrand does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, traffic, search ranking, investor interest, funding, customer conversion, media coverage, automation performance, AI accuracy, or business outcome.
We aim to provide thoughtful, professional, and high-quality work, but results vary by client, market, implementation, timing, offer quality, audience, and other factors outside our control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, brand assets, business context, approvals, and any materials needed to complete the work.
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables before publishing, launching, using, or distributing them.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights, violate privacy laws, breach confidentiality obligations, or contain unlawful content.
Payments
Fees, deposits, retainers, payment schedules, taxes, and billing terms will be set out in the relevant invoice, proposal, checkout page, or agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are due according to the invoice or checkout terms.
For fixed-price services, work may not begin until the required payment or deposit is received.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because Beonbrand provides strategic, creative, consulting, media, systems, and AI-related services that require planning and time allocation, payments may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a client cancels a project, Beonbrand may retain amounts for work already completed, time reserved, third-party costs, planning, research, strategy, and administrative expenses.
Any refund, credit, or rescheduling decision will be handled case by case and must be confirmed in writing.
Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our website and services may use or integrate with third-party tools such as booking platforms, payment processors, accounting systems, hosting providers, analytics tools, cloud databases, AI systems, video/audio tools, automation platforms, and communication software.
Beonbrand is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, data handling, errors, outages, security incidents, or limitations caused by third-party platforms.
Clients may also be required to comply with the terms and privacy policies of third-party platforms used in connection with the services.
AI-Assisted Work
Some services may involve AI-assisted research, writing, analysis, automation, content generation, data structuring, workflow design, or system recommendations.
AI-assisted outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, bias, outdated information, or formatting issues. Beonbrand applies human judgment where appropriate, but clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final outputs before use.
AI-assisted services do not replace legal, financial, medical, accounting, engineering, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Beonbrand retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, internal methods, systems, templates, frameworks, prompts, workflows, know-how, strategy models, and reusable components.
After full payment, the client receives the rights to use final approved deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to any limits in the applicable agreement and any third-party licensing restrictions.
Drafts, unused concepts, internal files, source files, working documents, rejected ideas, and system architecture may remain the property of Beonbrand unless expressly included in the project scope.
Portfolio Use
Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing, Beonbrand may reference completed work, client name, project type, general results, screenshots, or non-confidential deliverables in its portfolio, proposals, website, social media, or case studies.
Beonbrand will not intentionally disclose confidential business information without permission.
Confidentiality
Both parties may receive confidential or sensitive business information during a project. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and not disclose it except as needed to perform the services, comply with the law, or operate the business.
Privacy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beonbrand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Beonbrand's total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
No Professional Advice
Information on the website or provided through services is for general business, creative, strategic, media, systems, and AI implementation purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, cybersecurity, or regulated professional advice.
Clients should consult qualified professionals where required.

We may update the website, services, pricing, tools, or these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
