Cookie Notice

This notice lists every cookie, storage item, embedded service and measurement tool we use on beonbrand.ca. It is written from the site code itself, not from a template, so it should match what your browser actually sees.
Nothing optional loads until you allow it. If you have not answered our cookie banner, or you declined, the optional items below are not running. Declining does not limit anything on this site: every page, form and booking works the same either way.
Strictly Necessary
These run on every visit and cannot be switched off, because the site cannot be delivered or secured without them. They are not used to profile you.

Our web fonts are served by Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google discloses your IP address to Google, which is why we name it here even though it sets no cookie and no consent is required for it. If you would rather that did not happen, blocking fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com in your browser changes only the typeface the site is set in.
Analytics and Measurement (optional, off by default)
These only load after you allow them in the banner or the preferences panel. We use them to see which pages and calls to action work, so we can improve the site. We have deliberately switched off the advertising features of Google Analytics, so it cannot be used to build an advertising profile of you or follow you across other sites.

Google Analytics processes data on servers in the United States and other countries. If you withdraw consent we switch Google Consent Mode to denied, stop sending events, and delete the analytics cookies listed above from your browser.
Advertising and Retargeting
We do not use any. There is no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no TikTok pixel, no Google Ads remarketing tag, and no session recording or heat-mapping tool on this site.
The switch for this category exists in our preferences panel so that if we ever add one, your answer is already recorded and it will not load without it.
Embedded Services
Some pages can embed a service run by another company. An embed that has not been opened has not loaded and has set nothing.

Once you open one of these embeds, that company handles your information under its own privacy policy as well as ours.
Changing or Withdrawing Your Choice
Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page, or the button at the top of this page. Withdrawing is a single click, in the same place and the same size as accepting.
Your choice is stored on the device and browser you made it on, so if you use another browser, another device, or clear your site data, we will ask again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block the strictly necessary ones, parts of the site may not work.
If We Change Anything
If we add a tool, add a category, or change what an existing tool is used for, we update this notice, raise the version it records, and ask you again. Consent you gave against different terms is not consent to the new ones, so we do not carry it forward.
